HI, I'M RACHAEL ROSE
Mother of two, happily UNmarried to my partner of 13 years, and someone who’s been holding circles for seven years (and sitting in them for over a decade).
I founded Together: Women’s Circle Facilitator Training, which has helped over 600 women in 13 countries confidently start circles.
I support my business clients in both the practical and energetic work, taking them from “holy shit, can I do this?” to celebrating their first $10K+, $20k, even $50k launches.
With a background in marketing and events - where I worked on campaigns that raised over $1 million for charities, and years immersed in birth and postpartum doula care, I’ve woven strategy and storytelling into the heart of my circle facilitation and mentoring work.
Motherhood cracked me open, from hyperemesis and a hospital birth to a healing home birth, teaching me power, surrender, and empathy.
I’ve balanced sleep deprivation, breastfeeding, and business while learning how to scale without sacrificing my family or myself.
We homeschool our two children and live on the South Coast of NSW, where my partner runs a permaculture market garden and my kids are growing up by the beach, bush and never-ending bunches of vegetables (that they still won't eat).
I’ve built my business sustainably to six-figure years and love how much I learn every day as an entrepreneur.

WHY I DO THIS WORK
Ever since I sat in my first women’s circle, I’ve wanted to share that magic, but in a modern, less mysterious way, where showing up exactly as you are, is celebrated.
I’m not pretending to be the most spiritual woman in the room. You don’t have to get naked, put menstrual blood on your face, or howl at the moon to be a facilitator (unless you want to).
Women’s circles reflect the women who run them - there are no rules.
I love supporting mothers to build businesses that make great money, without pretending like their family doesn't exist.

I've awarded tens of thousands of dollars more worth of scholarships to Together, ensuring no one is left behind if they want to start a circle. .
I’ll keep using my voice and work to amplify the needs of other women and mothers.
